Open This Week’s Activities at the top for Monday–Saturday plans, grouped by Young Men, Young Women, Primary, and Other Organizations. The week resets each Sunday using Spokane time and shows the new week’s Monday–Saturday activities. Finished activities disappear, while activities in progress remain until they end. All-day activities remain through their last day. The heading shows remaining activities today and the next activity within this week. When nothing remains, it says “No additional activities this week”; next week’s activities appear on Sunday. The view updates automatically while open and when you return to the page. It starts collapsed. Use Choose calendars inside the section to change your selections. Tap an organization or individual calendar heading to expand or collapse it; those choices are saved separately for weekly and Sunday views. Only calendars selected in Choose Calendars appear.
Open Sunday for the agenda, Come, Follow Me, Sunday Fun, and Sunday Meetings & Lessons. Expand each subsection for its details. Stake Business and Ward Business appear only when their Details cells are filled. The agenda heading shows the meeting date from the sheet when one has been entered. Open the agenda for the time, map directions, meeting leadership, and order of service. Empty details are omitted. Speakers stay in order before and after an intermediate hymn. Enter only the hymn number in the sheet’s hymn Details cell; the agenda supplies its official title and Church music link, including the new hymns. Existing entries with a number and title also work; the displayed title comes from the hymn catalog. Tap a hymn to open its Church music page. Tap Refresh to check for sheet changes.
Use New here? beneath the banner, or open New to Timberlane? for Sunday meeting information, directions, the ward Facebook group, the stake’s Instagram and Facebook links, and tips for getting connected. Use its links to jump to Sunday plans, calendar choices, or app help.
The heading shows the number of current announcements. Dated announcements appear soonest first, followed by undated announcements. An organization tag appears when the Organization column is filled. Entries without an organization have no tag. Use All or an organization filter above the announcements to choose what to see; Untagged shows entries with no organization. Filters show current counts and keep your selection during refreshes. Open it for details, dates, and sign-up links. An announcement remains visible through its Date and disappears the next day, using Spokane’s time zone. Undated announcements remain visible. Tap Refresh to check for changes.
Inside Sunday, open Come, Follow Me for a short overview and a link to this week’s official Church lesson. The site checks the Church’s dated lesson list using Spokane’s time zone. The site checks for source updates about once an hour. Tap Refresh to check again. If the Church source cannot be loaded, use the official study link. This section is independent of your selected calendars.
Open Ward Newsletters below Missionary Work for the Relief Society newsletter. The link opens the newsletter website in a new tab.
Open Missionary Work for practical ideas to share the gospel, welcome new members, and reconnect with others. Use the links to open missionary dinner sign-ups or find an activity to invite someone to. Expand Gospel Foundations or Called to Serve above the ideas for youth gospel study and missionary preparation.
Open Missionary Dinners for sign-up coverage over the next seven days, starting today in Spokane time, and a link to the dinner calendar. The heading counts scheduled dates that still have an opening; days with no dinner listed are excluded. Open dates that can still be booked have a gold highlight and a Sign-up needed badge. The list shows publicly visible sign-up names beside covered dates, distinguishes signed-up, unfilled, and unlisted days, and moves forward automatically each day. Availability refreshes about every five minutes. Tap Sign Up for a Dinner to book on SignUpGenius, then Refresh after signing up. If availability cannot be verified, the sign-up link remains available.
Complete the scripture’s missing word; tap Need a hint? for help. After a correct answer, review the full phrase and thought, share the scripture, or open the Come, Follow Me study link. A green check marks completion. The section closes after about five seconds and stays closed on return visits that day. A new challenge opens the following day.
Expand My Progress & Badges inside Daily Challenge to see this week’s completion, your best streak, and badges for 3, 7, 14, 30, and 100 days. Missing a day resets the current streak; earned badges remain. Progress is saved in this browser on this device.
Inside Sunday, choose from ten games, creative activities, and reading collections: Coloring Corner, Memory Match, Hidden Pictures, Picture Puzzles, Word Search, Drawing Studio, Who Am I?, Guess the Picture, Book of Mormon Heroes, and Scripture Stories. Each opens in its own window. Use Close or Escape to return. Coloring pages can be printed or saved; drawings can be saved as PNG images before closing. Games have fresh shuffled layouts and easy or harder options where available. A different activity is featured each week in Spokane time, and checkmarks remember activities enjoyed this week on this device. Book of Mormon Heroes has 15 adventures with Little Explorer and Hero Challenge modes, direct links to the official illustrated stories, and badges saved on this device. Scripture Stories links to all four official children’s collections. These original family activities are independent of the weekly Church lesson.
Inside Missionary Work, above Called to Serve, Gospel Foundations helps youth learn the four Preach My Gospel lessons. Use the Lesson Text tab to read or download each complete lesson. The 38 study cards use exact lesson excerpts and expandable doctrinal sections. Definitions, connections, scripture matching, and explanation practice are separately labeled study aids. Connect It has timelines, a gospel-principles match, and covenant-heading sorting. Remember It has quick and full-map reviews. Build the Lesson lets you choose and reorder teaching cards, include scripture references, compare topic coverage, and download an outline. Progress, review position, notes, and outlines save in this browser. Download the study notebook to keep a separate copy.
Inside Missionary Work, Called to Serve is a separate missionary preparation adventure for older youth. Explore 16 fictional conversations across the four teaching lessons in Preach My Gospel. Use companion counsel, choose a passage for the scripture backpack, practice explaining in your own words or aloud, and reflect on different endings. Journey Map lets you revisit any episode. Progress and optional journal notes save in this browser; download your journal as a text file to keep a copy. Completion records study and reflection, not someone’s faith or missionary readiness.
Inside Sunday, open Sunday Meetings & Lessons for the upcoming Sunday’s meetings and lesson information across your selected calendars, including adult organizations. On Sundays, it shows today and the following Sunday. This section uses your selected calendars and is separate from the Sacrament Meeting Agenda.
Open Choose Calendars directly above Activity Calendar. Select the quorums, classes, and organizations you want, use Select All or Clear All, or use All and Clear within a group. The count shows your selections. Choices are saved on this device and filter This Week’s Activities, Sunday Meetings & Lessons, and Activity Calendar. They do not filter the agenda or announcements.
Open Activity Calendar and choose Month, Week, or Upcoming. Tap a date in Month view for its events; use the arrows or Today to navigate. Tap an activity title for details, directions when a street address is provided, Share Activity, or Add to Calendar. Invite / Share lets you edit an invitation before sharing or copying it. The BAND link appears when available.
Choose an activity type, budget, duration, and setting, then tap Surprise Me! for an idea, supplies, and planning tips. Use Copy idea to share, or Save favorite to keep it in Saved Favorites on this device. These suggestions are planning starters; youth and leaders should plan together and follow Church safety and approval requirements.
For missing activities, check Choose Calendars, then tap Refresh in Activity Calendar. BAND updates may take time to appear. For the agenda or announcements, use either section’s Refresh button. Those sections also check for updates when opened after five minutes. If a date is missing from the agenda heading, enter the meeting date in the source sheet.
Tap the + button in the bottom-right corner to install What’s Up Timberlane. When your browser supports it, this opens its install prompt; otherwise, it shows instructions for your device. On iPhone or iPad, use Safari’s Share menu and Add to Home Screen, enabling Open as Web App if shown. On Android, use Chrome’s install option or Add to Home screen. The button is hidden when What’s Up Timberlane is already running in its installed app window. Live content requires an internet connection.
Tap a section heading to expand or collapse it. Keyboard navigation, VoiceOver, system text size, and reduced-motion settings are supported. Close an activity dialog with Close or Escape. Calendar choices, challenge progress, and favorites are saved in this browser; switching devices or clearing site data may reset them. Anyone with this website may be able to view its agenda, announcements, and activity details. Avoid including sensitive personal information.
